Here is a little variation of the CigarBox Guitar that is just as fun and easy to make. It is called a strum stick (I think). The neck and sides of the box are all one piece. It is fretted like a Dulcimer (forgot what they call it) but very simple to pick out tunes on and they really sound nice. Just thought I show it, because there seem to be some interest in this sort of thing here.

Interesting web site.
They do liken it to a dulcimer. We have a lot of dulcimer players in the Ozarks. A famous saying about dulcimers is "there ain't no note on a dulcimer. Ye jes play it."
