    Boxelder Vase

This vase is 11" tall and 9-1/2" wide, finished with lacquer. There should have been two but the other became a funnel.

Funnels are no fun, but the vase you completed is great! I always love Box Elder with red in it, but I never seem to get a hold of it. Excellent work....beautiful piece!

Dennis saw this else where and really liked it a lot. This is a good sized piece of red flame BE and you did a great job in every aspect.

Nicely done, Dennis. The form is great, I like the subtle little collar, and the wood is hard to beat.

Nice. The touch of red spalt really makes it unique.
