    New G0555 Ready for Action

I finally got the call from UPS/LTL on Friday morning that my new G0555 was on the way from the freight depot to me. The driver asked for directions and, when I told him we live at the end of a cul-de-sac, he kinda chuckled and said he was driving a tractor/trailer. I quickly jumped in and suggested I meet him at the Lowe's parking lot, which is less than 5 minutes from me even if I hit both red lights. He was about an hour away, then called when he got to the city limits of Thomasville. LOML and I headed out and drove in one end of the parking lot while he was driving in the other end. He lifted the box out of his trailer and onto my utility trailer. I signed his delivery slip and we headed home.

I parked the trailer right outside the door to my shop and started unpacking the box.

The neighbor came over to help with the saw itself. It's a little bulky for me!

Woot! that does look great, dueling bandsaws!

I'm sure the driver really appreciated your offer to come meet him too.

So, how do you like it?

Very fine, you will enjoy. I consider my bs my 'go to' tool in my shop. It seems to pay a role in every project I undertake.
