Dave, that is absolutely amazing. I sent the address onto our art teacher. Thank you.

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!

    Beautiful.

My wife and I were there in 2008. It was not empty though. Pictures were not allowed but people were shooting pictures when the guards were distracted. I took some pics too.

Look straight down at your feet. There is a copy write logo. Too cool.

Great stuff by the way, just found the logo unreal.

Dave this is great online but even better to see in real life. Take the missus and go there.

For a guy like you being an artist there is so much in Rome alone for you, then stop off and Toni can let you see some more in Spain and end with a trip to Paris to the Louvre.

Its fine and dandy to have this stuff online but nothing beats the real deal experience to see it with your own eyes face to face.

Get er done (the trip that is) you wont regret it Dave. Life is too short.
    cheers

Rob is absolutely correct. You have to see it in person to truly appreciate the art cramped between the walls of the vatican. Plan on spending at least 4 or 5 days in Rome. You must also go to Florence and check out Michelangelo's David, as there really is nothing else like it. Pictures just cannot do justice.
