    From the mouths of babes...........

We have a 5 year old great-granddaughter visiting us. This evening she told Nanny why PawPaw couldn't hear. He has this plastic thing (my hearing aid) in his ear.

Tomorrow is another big day in my quest for better hearing. I get my sound processor and the audiologist gives me my first "mapping" which is equatable to setting up an equalizer. It'll be about a 3 hour process with the audiologist.

Wow Ken I hope this works for you. I hope because you have heard in the past you'll be able to identify the sounds of spoken word as well as other sounds & music.

I don't envy you three hours of audiology beepings. However, that is a miniscule problem to put up with to get some hearing. I wish you the very best.

Enjoy that granddaughter and Enjoy life,
