When I had my shop set up I had a horizontal board fastened to a vertical board with saw kerf's cut into the horizontal board.
The boards were glued & nailed together so the outer end of the horizontal board with the kerf's was about 3-5 degrees higher on the outer end. The saw hanger was screwed to the end of a cabinet & the saws were just slid into the kerf's with the handles on top of the board.
I'll have to get some pics tonight. Mine sit on a shelf in a pile as I used to carry them in my truck tool box. I have a piece of hardwood with a slot held over the teeth that is held on with wire to protect the teeth.
Mine just hang from a nail or peg board hook. But, since they are only occasional use items for me, I spray them with Rust Guard a gun protectant I get from gunsmith supply houses.
