    Chinaberry Bowl

Here is a chinaberry bowl out of my Mike Smith stash. I picked up a load of wood from him in North Carolina at his place. He has everything. I got some Claro walnut, chinaberry, mimosa, big leaf maple, sasafrass, sycamore, and can't remember the others. Anyway finally got around to turning some of it. It is 9" X 3 1/2" and is finished with Waterlox. All these are finished with different finishes as I am trying to clean out my finish cabinet. Hoping to get down to maybe 4 or 5 different finishes from the bunch I have now.

Nice work Bernie! The beads/reeds on the side add nice touch.

Thanks to all. Yes and momma likes the beads also. She said with her hands (arthritis) she can pick it up easily.
