After nearly 8 hours in surgery Pierce is out and OK. The next 4 days or so will be critical, but we are grateful the surgery went well.

[h=6]Pierce is still being a trooper, the only hiccup so far was needing an external pacemaker to stabilize his heart rhythm and epinephrine and dopamine to boost his blood pressure a little bit.
