    Darren, click on Tools where?

    By the way, the problem is still here, even after the maintenance last night.

    Frank, I suspect that the command bar is hidden. Press the F10 key on your keyboard and it should display, Tools is one of the menu options on the command bar.

    Thanks Darren. that was the problem.

    I am responding to this post on my main machine (the one with Windows Vista) having reomved the check next to Compatibility View (whatever that means).

    The editor should work for both IE7 and later versions with or without the compatibility view checked.
