    IMPORTANT INFO: Cardiovascular Exercise

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate
exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain
cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then
do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I'm not quite sure why that is so funny---however, I laughed until the tears flowed.

    I enjoyed.

Those weren't tears, Jim. That was sweat from your workout.

The most weight lifting I do... my fork from the plate to my mouth... even that tires me out sometimes.

My parents taught me to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder to find any.

I'll be there on Monday to pick up all your tools & bench since you couldn't make it back up you won't be needing them. This is what happens when you perform a sneak attack in the Grizzly show room. It's ok I'll split it up with Larry.
