    Down draft table?

    anyone here use one or have used one and how was it set up? i have somewhere seen a plan for using a furnace fan to be the main suction from underneath..

    Built one years ago with an old furnace motor, used 1/8" pegboard for top. Worked like a charm. I then made a much smaller version that sits on my lap as or if I carve or sand which attaches to my vacuum system. Works fine and doesn't take up space in my shop.

    Here's one you can hook up to your DC. I haven't made one, but I have heard many good comments on it.
