i really like this, could you post a couple more photos of it? i also had a look at the other hv with the spirals down the side, that you had posted a photo on here a while back, got to ask, as a beginner in woodturning, how do you do that? i love the effect, and would like to learn how to do this myself

Thats going to be difficult as its no longer with me.
