What’s the weather like on your morning drive?

I think it was pushing 70 back home…
I’m back in Kodiak this week & next. It’s been snowing sideways since Wednesday. I took this picture this morning on the 40 mile drive out to the range. There’s a 40’ drop to the sea to the left, about 150’ when you get to the top of the hill. Guard Rail? We don’t need no stinking Guard Rail! These Alaskans are tough!

Real rough in snow & ice I can most times make it from the apartment door to the office or shop door dressed in regular Dockers & a pocket T-shirt. sometimes I have to because I left my jacket in the shop. May the force be with you the driving force that is.

A little fog and dew, but it should be warm and dry by the time I get to the back nine.
Where are we going? And what am I doing in this handbasket?

Hey Bruce. With this $#$#%@@$ daylight savings time, morning drive time is dark

Whether is great though, high 60s low 70s. Lots of juniper pollen though.

    Be safe up there.

It is absolutely gorgeous today in the Bay Area, it's about 75 degrees, the sun is shining through the palm trees, and I have the windows opened and the ceiling fan on as I sip an ice tea...

I didn't realize you folks have such a bad drug problem back east, that's the most cocaine I think I've seen!

EDIT: here's a birdeye view for 'ya!
