    Hi there!

I am a retired guy in SW Minnesota. I have a glucose powered shop 14' x 14'. Equipped with a wood stove for heat, a Roubeau bench, and a nice collection of vintage hand tools.

I primarily design and build Arts and Crafts style furniture from native air dried white oak. I'm here to try to keep the learning curve verticle.

HI Dennis Welcome to the family. You not alone in bench work here. Why not do a shop tour thread and show off your bench.

    Welcome
If you don't take pride in your work, life get's pretty boring.

Rule of thumb is if you don’t know what tool to buy next, then you probably don’t need it yet.

Welcome Dennis, if I had read this thread before your shop thread, I wouldn't of had to inquire about your shop's size Looking forward to seeing some of your work
