    A please surprise/gift

One of the unpleasant parts of my job is recovering properties for the banks. This one particular guy that I was doing a "cash for keys" exchange with for his ranch home was very friendly to me. On the day of the exchange, I had to do a full property "Debris" inspection. When I checked the attic for debris, I found this saw and told him that he must have forgot about it. He just winked and said....... no I didnt. He pointed out a conversation we had about us growing up around "old time" loggers in Maine, and was wondering if I would want this. It is a old Disston 2 man.

That's a nice gesture on the tenant's behalf considering their situation, but I'm sure he felt he was leaving it in good hands if he didn't feel he had a place for it.
