hinges? folding table top on itself

i need a link to some hinges that will allow me to have extra top fold out and be supported by a support system but be flat on the to when not in use, like a butler hinge but i need it to go all the way flat to the lower top section. like a book would close or open up wider..

Do you want the leaf to fold over on top of the table, or underneath the table?

Here are some that I've used for having the leaves fold under the table:

    Hinge search

Larry do you mean a butterfly hinge? Here is a place that has them but you need a large purchase, but the name might get you more info.
