Got got back from a week out of town and checking into this thread. Some final comments. This was not intended to be a forum for safety rants nor a list of items in a first aid kit. It was intended to solicit suggestions in handling traumatic events in the shop. A trauma kit is different than a first aid kit. Procedures to deal with trauma are different as well. As Toni pointed out, not all the bases can be covered all the time. Certainly some good common sense is in order. Traumatic events don't just affect you and your boo-boo. They affect your loved ones and their emotional well-being as well. Plan accordingly. 'Nuf said.
