I once heard that cats and women will do darn well what they please and that men and dogs would do well to accept it and just go on.

I hate to be the one to spill the beans.... Jim is not going to be 49 years old....but he is counting the days, which happens to be 49 more.

Heh. There's a group of retirees from my former employer that meets for lunch once a month, along with a handful of 'senior' active employees. As it happens, the lunch date fell on my last day that month.

One of my former bosses, who I hadn't seen for awhile, asked, "So Lee, you must be getting pretty close to retiring."

    "Yup...I'm down to two."

    "Years?"

    "Hours."

The look on his face was, as the commercial says, priceless.
Where are we going? And what am I doing in this handbasket?

Good news Jim! 49 days will pass before you know it!

I know a lot of retirees who are bored, but not one of them is a woodworker
    Don't believe everything you think!
