Yup been cutting out pieces for mine, just need to pickup a couple of pieces of hardware this week to do final assembly.
Just see the rules...anyone can opt in by June 21st, but your tool/jig needs to go in the mail the following week. This was so the guys that weren't sure and wanted to test something out before committing could do so.
