    Deck Refinish

I have a pretty large redwood deck. It is once again time to refinish it. In the past I have used the normal refinishing products, such as, Olympia and Behr wood sealer and finisher, which have lasted 2 - 3 years. I've been looking at the Restore product by Synta, Inc. It would cost consider more, but if it lasted much longer it would be worth the extra expense. Has any one used it and what success have you had? How hard is it to apply?

I've never used that product, but have had good luck with Sikkens stuff. Depending on enviro regulations, you might not be able to get it in WA, though. I know it wasn't allowed in California when I lived there, and I think C-O-W all have similar regs.

I've never heard of it but anything that would delay refinishing my deck would be worth it. What a lousy job
