Question Anyone ever build a reader board sign?

I've been asked by a customer that I have framed and installed a few signs for to quote on a two sided sign, about 3' x 4', that has the lower 2/3 as a reader board - the kind that accepts plastic letters. I found that you can buy the parts on line, though not the exact size so I'd have to make a few 'adjustments', but the sales sites are nearly devoid of any instructions or technical drawings.

Anybody have an idea on where to go to get additional info?

    Rennie,
Back when I was in the sigh business we used to get all of our letters from Gemini. Their web site is very good and they even have a sign designer as an online tool.
