Larry, this one is G0490X which has the spiral cutterhead. G0490 comes with straight knives.

I think you'll like that, I have the same jointer. Ive had mine a little over a year and love it. A couple small issues with mine though.
The adjustable feet aren't the strongest, I had to replace one with a bolt. Be careful moving it, I was probably a little rough on mine.
Also there was some paint in the V's of the fence where it mounts to the solid bar. It was getting the fence in a bind and making it bow. Just had to scrape that area and it was fine.
