    Another Fire photo thread... Seviereville TN fire.

    Didn't want to hijack Brent's fire warning thread, but I too spotted a fire recently.

    Sunday morning as I was preparing to leave my friend's house, we kept hearing


    sirens:



    I'm guessing that was why...











    One firefighter taken to the hospital with heat issues, despite being on a 15 minute rotation while on scene. Vacant restaurant destroyed according to knoxville TN news

    Good pics, Ned. With all due respect, though, that structure fire doesn't quite compare to what's been going on out west. I saw a plume of smoke south of me Saturday while travelling I-40 east of Flagstaff. Best I can tell, it was the remains of the Poco fire about 60 or 70 miles from where I was. And at about 12,000 acres, it's a relatively small one.

    By the way, I like the sign in the second to last photo. I've never seen a place advertise exotic dentures, and to have same-day service is even more impressive.

    Vaughn, yep ,you're right of course, however It was 'over there' as I drove past sunday morning.

    Brent, no idea. Not the best coverage... John Daugherty might learn more.
