    Like some others said, use naphtha rather than mineral spirits. If I'm using BLO to enhance grain, etc., I'll go 1/1 with naphtha and wipe occasionally until the weeping stops. I've also made my own "Danish Oil" using a 1/1/1 or 1/1/2 ratio of BLO/Naphtha/Polyurethane.

    A good drying tip Rob...... Let dry in the sun. This develops a rich golden color.

    Once left an end table outside to dry in the sun.....it dryed great...so did the bird poop !!
