How much clearance around an exterior door?

OK gang, fall is almost here and I'm gearing up to redo my door to the shop. How much clearance should I leave around the door? I'm thinking 1/4" max, with weatherstripping behind it, that sound about right to y'all?

1/8" on each side between the door and jamb. The rough opening I usually do at least 2" wider and probably an 1" taller for an exterior door to make room to square it.
