Thread: My Pantorouter is complete!

    My Pantorouter is complete!

Well I got the Pantorouter completed this weekend. It had me a little nervous as there are so many areas where things could get out of wack if not laid out properly. I did all the alignment checks according to the plans and she cam out perfect. Not bad considering all the holes were drilled on a $169 floor model no name drill press with a ton of slop in the quill.

Here are a few photos of a test mortise and tenon I cut with it. I cut a thru mortise so I could easily check the fit of the tenon.

Very cool Alan! Can't wait for you to build your first "Joe's CNC" project.

Very cool. If you get a chance, I'd love to see a video of the pantorouter in action. (Heck, I'd like to see any of your new jigs in action.)

Wow! The end result looks perfect. There is no way that I would have the guts to try to build something like that. I think you earned any production help this unit gives you.

    Enjoy it,
