    New way of rounding corners...

When we tore down the shed in the back yard, we took down three birdhouses that were hung on it. this one got tossed in a corner and left, until I found it a couple of weeks later. It had square corners when we took it down:

As you see, it now has rounded corners, and to the right is my rounding tool. I have to fine tune it a little so the corners won't be so raggedy in future, but I think I'm onto something.

I like how Pepper isn't even trying to look innocent. It's more of a "Yeah, I did it. So what?" look.

I guess he served the occupants their eviction notice, or had a light lunch.

That caused something unusual to happen. I really did laugh out loud.

Birds only use birdhouses in spring, and this one wasn't occupied this year or last year. For two years it was occupied by English Sparrows. The other birdhouses have not had residents. That's the first picture I have with Pepper actually smiling. She usually doesn't like having her picture taken. She's a King Shepherd bitch with some growing to do yet. She's only about 100 lb.
