    Doweling jig.

Has anyone seen a doweling jig that clamps/screwed to a bench to make drilling the holes ease-faster than the old dowel it jig like this?

I want something that once set up I can do both sides with out any further marking just slip it in drill it and move on.
It could be worse You could be on fire.
    Stupid hurts.

Haven't seen one, but the Jessem doweling jig at least uses a squeeze clamp to attach and about the same price as the one at rockler.

They do sell the drill alignment part separately and looks like it could be attached to a shop made clamp or something.

I think I understand what you are after Chuck but, am not aware of such a product. For repeated doweling using a bench-mounted, same-setup scenario I would probably just buy a few drill guides and build a one-trick-pony jig for the job
