    Great Coloring .........

In this nice piece of Vanuatu Island Golden Amboyna that I got from one of my Aussie friends. Sanded to 400x, buffed with super fine steel wool, burnished with the wood shavings and applied 6 coats of MINWAX Satin Water Based Oil Modified Polyurethane.
Kit is a Triton Two Tone Gold/Chrome rollerball.
This is the first Triton I have done and won't be doing any more.
They are very poor quality for the price.

Beautiful pens Les. I have to agree with you. I did one and haven't did another one. Was extremely disappointed in the kit.

    Thanks guys.

    Jim,

I find the nib section looks a way out of proportion compared to the top section, poor threads as they are rough as well as poor quality plating.

Yeah...that nib section could be a good 1/4" shorter.
