    Another interview on the horizon

The medical transport job never materialized... however, I just got off the phone for a trucking management position and set up an interview on Friday morning.

Wishing you luck... I spent 40 years in the shipping and transportation industry... airlines, forwarding - air, ocean and trucking...

    Thanks Chuck,
I have several years in the industry as well, and from the sound of the quick phone conversation I'm head and shoulders above the other folks calling on the position. Crossing my fingers that it will work out.

That's great. I hope you nail this down.

    Thanks all,
so far so good, terminal manager sat down with me for a bit, and he seemed to really like what I brought to the table. He then sent me on to the transportation manager, from whom I didn't get a good 'read' on what she was thinking. Should know something within the week. fingers crossed.
