    I have no trouble falling asleep.... all I have to do is stop and get still for a few minutes....

    My wife hate it that I forgot how to fall a sleep. We talk now after mid-night in bed that we have ever talked. Ya HDHD is a bummer

    I posted that mostly because I laughed at the ayee macarena! bit, but I do find it difficult to fall asleep some nights. My usual M.O. on those nights is to fire up my iPod with an audio book, set to stop after 45 minutes or so and I just listen to that until I drift off.
