    Ever Hear of This Lathe

Browsing Craigslist and came across this lathe. Not in my price range but, anyone ever hear of it before. Made in Portland, Ore.

Serious lathes have been around for a while. From what I hear they are nice lathes. Obviously, they are a tank of a machine.

Never heard of them, but what a nice collection of bits and pieces.

What Hutch said. Supposed to be world-class machines. I think were introduced a bit after the Robust line did, and not long before the market for high-end lathes slowed down. It's a pretty limited market anyway, so there's not a lot of room for new kids on the block. That $5000 price tag is a pretty decent price.

I sure wouldn't kick one out of my shop.

I've never heard of them, but they sure did name them correctly! I'd love to have that, these always show up on the other side of the counrty, though.

They have been around for a while. I got to see one up close and it is a machine. Well built for everything but my wallet.

They're pretty drool worthy alright. New that's a $7,800 lathe and it appears to come with some nice kit.

Their address is in Medford which is a ways south of Portland.. Although the lathes ship FOB pdx so.. ??

I never knew they were in Medford. My first wife lives there. If I ever get up there to visit her (we're still good friends), I'll definitely have to check them out.
