    Ez Door machine

I've seen the RBI Panel Master at the wood shows, but I hadn't seen this one before, pretty neat machine.

We have a little larger model at work. We only use it for arched raised panels and rails. All of our door stock is run thru the shaper first in random lengths to do the stick cut. Then we cross cut every thing to length and then do the cope cuts. Our raised panels are run thru the Voorwood that cuts the profile for the raised panel and also sands that profile with two different grits.

The voorwood we have is the A117 but its not cnc controlled like this one. We also use it to cut the profile on the edges of the finished doors.
