    interesting source of supplies

While searching for an item for an upcoming project, I found this interesting site:
    http://www.shopsupplyhouse.com/index.htm
It is primarily for school shop projects but I don't see any restriction that the buyer must be a shop teacher. They do sell individual items, large quantity purchases are not required. I like the prices too.

Wow, some of those projects look familiar, seen some of those same foundry moulds in my HS, have a tool box resembling one of the patterns they sell.

darren, funny you mention foundry patterns,, when i was in college i had a metals class and ended up teaching the foundry part of it for a week,, i had more experience making molds than anyone there.. the professor started to give us a preliminary part of it and i asked why he didnt do this or that.. he took me aside and it was dropped in my lap after that got a good grade in that one though

Just kidding...I had a similar experience in a high school guitar class. After the first few days of the class, I ended up teaching it for the rest of the semester while the teacher sat in her office and graded papers.
