This sounds like a good deal

Sheesh, why couldn't I have found something like this when I used to make that drive from Odessa to ABQ at least ONCE EVERY week to the Car Sale and always had enough room on a truck or trailer to have hauled this home. :(

Oh well, it would just have to sit with no power, (like the rest of my big tools) for a while yet anyhow, but this model is ONE piece of Old/Big Iron I would really like to have, and NOTHING like this EVER comes up anywhere CLOSE to here.:(

I talked to the guy this afternoon. Says the mortiser runs well, just missing a few table parts that can replaced easily.
He said that he has a lot of machine shop stuff so we’re going to get together next week some time. He also has an older Powermatic model 60 in good shape that I’m going to take a look at.

The PM 10 is a stout chisel mortiser, but it does require drill bits of a bit longer length. they are not that easy to find. I have a friend who has one, and it is a good machine.
