Ice cream, pizza and adult beverges

My sister has a birthday coming up so I made these for her.

Ice cream scoop, pizza cutter and bottle opener all dressed in apple. Not fancy turnings, but functional.

No finish yet, still waiting for the weather to decide what to do.

I'm with Tom. When I seen this I started packing. Good looking project Dale
If you don't take pride in your work, life get's pretty boring.

Rule of thumb is if you don’t know what tool to buy next, then you probably don’t need it yet.

Really nice. Where did you get the bottle opener? I haven't seen those before. I'm thinking she is going to be very happy with those. She may decide to throw a party!

For some reason I never pictured Tom as a party animal.....

They all are from Rockler Woodworking. The opener and pizza cutter both unscrew from the handle so they can go in the dishwasher. The scoop will be epoxied into the wood.

Health and family issues have kept me out of the shop for close to a year. It felt good to make shavings again.
