mills

For the Crush grind mills, I cut a groove for the two clips to snap into and I also add a small amount of epoxy in the grooves just for good measure, and have not had any problem with them coming loose.

The ones I have made, the old style crank that sits on top like an open gear, it screws onto the wood with two screws. The salt shaker on top and grinder on bottom, has a shaft that runs vertical and through the edges of the holes it is "pinched" together. The other style with a handle on top, think it is two screws underneath the chrome top. No epoxy here (yet).

Awww crap...did one pop out on the salt mill? I just made the tool to set the grind mechanism the "book" way. I can remount it and turn the recess so the side clips will set.
