    Pen for a friend

I won't say much about this one...it's very close to my heart. My friend Susan Crabtree is an amazing musician. Several months ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I did this pen for her as a "Pay it forward" as I continue to recover and she starts hers. It's pink ivory...color symbolism...very rare wood...she is a rare gal...and there is no finish on the pen...she's not finished yet. Thanks for looking and thanks MC for the help...also a rare friend.

Making a special pen for a special person makes them feel special (as it is intended to!). I have a few special pens for special people under my belt also. Love your explanation and good for you and God's blessings on Susan's recovery.

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!

Beautiful job and wonderful symbolism. I like working in Pink Ivory and everyone who receives it loves it.
