ok have a porter cable RO sander older model 333, well, i had two of them running today and both bit the bullet sorta,, the best one started to shed its pad in pieces and then had no power, the second one shed its hook and loop skin and still has power, so tried to get the bigger one going, 2 amp model, and with new pad and old belt it wont sand with a load and will spin up if there isnt a load.. also is the idler pulley that has the screw threw it supposed to turn easily? or does the belt just slip on it? ordered new pads and new belts, got the lower amp one to work for tomorrow but would like to get the other one going as well.. got back ups for the shop work but these are being used for outside work on the job site.. thanks for any help you can offer,, would brushes be my culprit?
