My wife likes to get these pretzel rolls in the frozen section at the grocery store.
So being creative I decided to try something a little different and smoke some sliders for dinner.
The patties were about 3.5" in diameter 1/2" thick with a slight dimple in the center for holding the juices.
I seasoned these with the Grill Mates Hamburger spice, but normally use their Montreal Seasoning.
I smoked them for about 25 minutes at 225*, don't flip them just put them on and let them smoke.
I used apple pellets, so they get a bit more of a smoke ring (redish color), which always worries my wife that they aren't done, but a quick poke test showed they were firm.
No condiments needed, very juicy burgers.
