My body has finally stopped reminding me of the "Two Reunion Trip" I did last September on my Suzuki GS500E. About the same mileage involved.
My longest day was on the way home; something like 725 miles. (Pulled into a Motel 6 in Laramie, WY way after dark, in the rain. It felt good to lie down....)

Kerry , nice Iron Butt ride.
My next trip will be to Colorado.
My longest stretch was from Ames Iowa to Dannville Ky 12 hrs. or was it from Dannville to DC , either was they were both long sits.

Ehy what speeds you guys do when you on the open country highways? No ways could i handle sitting there at 55mph when no one is around and i got horsepower under my backside.

Rob when I'm on Cruse control I set it for 78 if the speed limit is 70 and 84 if it 75. Stretch my legs out and lean back on the back rest and enjoy the ride. Their is much more to see on a bike then their is in my tree stand so time passes quickly.
