I am not sure just how long it took, however Glenn put new blades in my Delta jointer in a few minutes using that technique.

I think we took the glass out of a photo frame. As for the magnets, I took a bit of a ribbing from the old birthday cake man about the number of magnets I use in the shop so no problem there. See the post a couple weeks ago.
