This was too good not to share. My wife does a lot of experimenting, and is a terrific cook, I must say. This meal is made using chicken tenders doused in a bowl with a well beaten egg. In a low sided container (tray or even waxed paper), coat the tenders with Panko bread crumbs. Then in a pan add a little light olive oil., and fry until golden brown.
She prepared from scratch four different dipping sauces to find out which ones we liked the best.
1. Honey mustard sauce
2. Barbeque sauce
3. Apricot/orange sauce
4. Blue cheese sauce
We decided we like the honey mustard and the barbecue sauce the best.
