    3 hours on the dot at 250* Don. These are the big Costco sized breasts....uhhhhh...anyway. Had to reload my smoke box halfway through so I turned them over to crisp up on the other side. Used oak pellets...all I had, but getting 5lbs of cherry on Thursday.

    Wish you guys would stop posting this stuff. I don't have a smoker... I've got my weight down, doc says the heart and arteries are good.. but this stuff sure looks good!
