Here are my latest pieces fresh cut Pine from Wisc.

#1 & 2 bowl 10 1/2" x 4"
#3 bowl 8 1/2" x 3"
#4 & 5 shallow bowl 8 1/2" x 2"
#6 & 7 plate 8 1/2" x 1/2"

Thanks guys. The pine was sappy when it was cut in fact the gloves were real sticky, but I left outside didn't even seal the ends cut it in January and put them in DNA for 24 hrs,let them sit for 3 weeks and went at it. It was real wet when I turned them it was like a shower by the lathe but the curls were large and fun. There was some tear out but with my 80grit gouge it cleaned up. I'm going to bring back some more on my bext trip this month. The logs was about 20" across.
