    Gee wizz. I thought that there would be more questions on the recipe. I guess not many people look at threads that talk about healthy eating....

    OK, is that bacon smoked in apple wood or maple? Thick cut or thin? Peppered or plain? Is the spinach mandatory, or just an optional garnish? These are recipe details you left out, Don.
