    Nice! Look for a population boom soon. Last time my old town hit one of those lists, we had a sporadic growth spurt that followed.

    Not very cool there! HOT! And yep, the population will increase now and everyone that moves in will want to change things to like it was where they were trying to get away from. Least that's what is happening here.

    So true! Getting away from what things were only to bring them back. Many towns in NH have changed over the years with the influx of "outsiders" bringing with them their influence on raising taxes to get the "services" they left behind. Nice little towns that had their own special country "flavors" were "transitioned" to little towns with larger populations & city characteristics.
