A plea for help. Need a translator, English/Persian.

    Hi folks,
This is a long shot but I'll ask anyway. I know that we have members scattered across the globe so I figured this might be a good place to try.

I have a friend at NTSAD (National Tay Sachs and Allied Diseases foundation) who needs someone who speaks Persian to translate some information so that she can help a family that has two sons who are affected with Juvenile Tay Sachs Disease. If anyone here can, or knows someone who would be willing to help out, please contact me and I'll put you in touch with her.

Thank you very much in advance!

If you have a smart phone John...try Google Translate. We used it in Haiti because none of us spoke French. In that case, and maybe yours...it was a miracle!

You might also try Bing translator... seems to work good.

When i was working in the international shipping industry, used computer translators often, both Bing and Babelfish... never needed Persian translated though... one of my bosses was Persian, the other was Lithawanian descent from New York and of the Jewish faith... theirs was a very strong partnership.
