    I think the guy who developed and marketed the GoPro camera should get the Nobel Prize for Coolness.

    Vaughn as i understand it this is not done with a GoPro but rather much lighter weight discrete cameras.
    There is a video somewhere showing how they do it and the camera used.
    I happen to catch this clip on morning CBC news.

    Well us ground-bound could come somewhat close. They hook little cameras to RC airplanes and do this kind of thing. I've seen some pretty neat videos done that way. Of course you have to be a whole lot better RC pilot than I ever was.
