    Thanks all! Bob, I bought a 'work' car back in June, and I've put almost 20,000 miles on it since then. This is to replace my overused buick Rendezvous, which we still have, but I'm not putting any more $ into.

    the Cute Ute got an average of 29mpg on the trip north (which is just about spot on what the EPA estimate was on it for highway.
